I help executives, students, and everyday people rebuild the internal systems behind how they think, perform, and lead.
My understanding of human transformation was not born in a classroom. It was forged through surviving assault as a teenager, surviving my own attempt to end my life in my late twenties, and years spent questioning everything I believed. Today that same understanding is used to help executives, students, and everyday people rebuild from the inside out.
I survived sexual assault as a young teenager, attempted to take my own life in my late twenties, and walked through many seasons of atheism while trying to understand how pain can alter the mind, body, identity, faith, and entire trajectory of a human life. What began as an attempt to understand myself eventually became a lifelong pursuit of understanding what makes human beings break, heal, adapt, perform, and ultimately evolve.
Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of clients and spoken in front of thousands of people across prisons, colleges, youth groups, institutions, biblical gatherings, and large stages. I've worked with men and women from radically different backgrounds, while developing a particular passion for young men navigating identity, discipline, pain, purpose, and the responsibility of becoming something greater than what their circumstances predicted.
Today, my work extends into some of the largest fintech companies in New York City, where I'm utilized as a Chief Human Performance Architect, working with executives operating under extraordinary levels of pressure. My role is to help reconstruct the internal architecture beneath performance by examining nervous system regulation, cognition, identity, behavior, neurochemistry, stress capacity, and decision making so leaders can increase efficiency and output while evolving as rapidly as the organizations they're responsible for leading.
Everything I do under Evolutionary Mindset comes back to one mission: understand what formed the human being, identify what is limiting them, and reconstruct the internal systems necessary for them to become who their circumstances never predicted they could be. My life taught me that pain can profoundly shape a person. My work is dedicated to proving that it doesn't have to have the final word.

REV15 is a Christ centered mission built for the one. The one who wandered. The one who was wounded, rejected, judged before they were discipled, or made to believe they didn't belong. The one who doesn't look religious enough, know enough Scripture, have their life together, or even know what they believe yet. The one who is still seeking, asking, knocking, or simply knows there has to be something more.
Inspired by Luke 15, we believe in the radical pursuit of Jesus: the Shepherd willing to leave the ninety-nine to pursue the one. That's why everyone is invited to COME AS YOU ARE. Whether you're deeply rooted in faith, new to it, have no faith, follow a different belief system, consider yourself spiritual, have never opened a Bible, or don't know Jesus at all, there is a seat for you here. Bring your questions, doubts, wounds, beliefs, and unfinished story. You will not be banished for thinking, talking, believing, or looking differently.
But coming as you are does not mean staying as you are. REV15 exists to cultivate transformation, to build relationships with real people, wrestle honestly with truth, and ultimately develop a deeper intimacy with and reverence for Jesus Christ.
And this will not look like traditional church. We gather around Scripture and tables, conversations and education, testimony and music, debates and relationships. We talk openly about faith, psychology, philosophy, sexuality, marriage, money, culture, purpose, doubt, and the human condition. We are creating a place outside the traditional four walls where people can have the conversations other rooms are afraid to have.

Work With MeIan speaks at the intersection of psychology, identity, leadership, faith, adversity, and transformation, challenging audiences to examine the internal architecture governing how they think, lead, perform, relate, and live.
For corporate organizations, colleges, institutions, conferences, leadership teams, faith communities, and large scale gatherings.
Reached across live speaking engagements, prisons, colleges, youth groups, institutions, and stages.
Psychology. Human behavior. Leadership. Identity. Faith. Performance.
Move people beyond information into confrontation, examination, and transformation.
People do not need another speaker telling them to work harder. They do not need another acronym, or forty five minutes of emotional stimulation that disappears before they reach the parking lot.
Ian's work goes beneath behavior. Why do intelligent people repeatedly sabotage themselves? Why can someone understand exactly what needs to change and remain incapable of changing it? Why do leaders reproduce patterns they consciously despise? Why does adversity destroy one person while reconstructing another?
Drawing from human psychology, behavioral science, leadership, lived experience, and philosophy, Ian creates conversations designed not merely to motivate people, but to make them examine the architecture underneath the life they are building. The goal is not temporary inspiration. The goal is transformation that survives the event.
Human performance is not merely a question of motivation. Beneath behavior exists an operating system of identity, belief, conditioning, interpretation, emotion, habit, environment, and responsibility. Built on Ian's own ARISE Method, this keynote examines why capable people become trapped inside patterns they consciously want to escape, and what becomes possible when we stop treating symptoms and start confronting the system underneath them.
Every human being inherits something: beliefs, wounds, expectations, fears, and family systems. But inheritance does not have to become destiny. This keynote explores adversity, identity, personal responsibility, and the difficult process of becoming someone your previous circumstances could not have predicted. It is not about pretending the past did not happen. It is about refusing to give it permanent authorship over the future.
Organizations spend enormous resources teaching people how to manage others while ignoring the person doing the managing. Leadership exposes what already exists internally: ego, fear, insecurity, avoidance, discipline, and self awareness. This keynote examines the internal demands of leadership and challenges audiences to confront the reality that before leadership becomes organizational, it is deeply personal.
For Christian conferences, churches, ministries, men's gatherings, colleges, and faith based organizations, Ian brings the same psychological and human examination underneath an explicitly Christ centered framework. This message examines identity, surrender, suffering, responsibility, transformation, and the radical confrontation of encountering Jesus. Not Christianity as self improvement. Not Jesus as an accessory to ambition. Christ as Lord, and the death and reconstruction of the person we thought we had to remain.
Ian's team works with event leadership to understand the audience, objectives, and context before every engagement. The materials below are available on request through the inquiry form.

You built enough intelligence, discipline, money, status and authority to compensate for patterns most people would have been forced to confront years ago.
Your success didn't eliminate your dysfunction. It gave it somewhere impressive to hide.
You're terrified of who you are when you're not producing.
Perfection gives you permission to control everything.
You don't trust anybody enough to need them.
You're ruminating with a better vocabulary.
Your self worth disappears when your output does.
Sometimes it's control with a title.
I don't care how intelligently you can explain your behavior. I care whether you can stop repeating it.
Functioning is not the same as functioning well.
Predictive models, assumptions, attention, threat calibration.
Regulation, capacity, stress load, cognitive command.
Self model, inherited scripts, identity attractors.
Behavior, discipline, completion, reinforcement.
Purpose, responsibility, mission, long horizon.
Human Operating Systems diagnoses the architecture. ARISE rebuilds it.
Correct the lens. Truth before transformation.
Stabilize the organism. Command under pressure.
Reconstruct the self model. Become deliberately.
Turn identity into evidence. Action makes it real.
Build something that survives adversity.
You cannot habit stack your way out of a system level problem.
You cannot productivity hack distorted perception.
You cannot permanently outwork dysregulation.
You cannot affirm an identity your behavior continually disproves.
You cannot sustain extraordinary sacrifice indefinitely without meaning.
Your internal architecture is no longer only your business.
No prepackaged curriculum. We work on the system actually sitting in front of me.
You're not purchasing minutes. You're purchasing direct access to diagnosis, intervention, execution and recalibration.
Human Operating System assessment.
Two private advisory sessions weekly.
90 day individualized performance architecture.
Defined between session access plus monthly systems review.
Diagnose → Intervene → Execute → Observe → Recalibrate ↻
The objective is not dependence on Ian. The objective is increasing self governance.

Hundreds coached. Thousands addressed. One system built from the work.
Three levels of direct access. Every level begins with a 90 day initial engagement. Choose how much of Ian, and how much of the full team, you want in your corner.
Ian, one on one, every single week.
Double the access. Double the pressure. Faster change.
Mind, body, and performance. One team. Nothing left to chance.
Ian provides coaching and human performance advisory, not psychotherapy or medical care. Medical, health, and regenerative services are delivered by independent licensed providers and specialists, subject to eligibility and availability.
Most of my ideas can be learned publicly. You're not paying for information. You're paying for those principles to be applied against your decisions, your patterns, your behavior, your leadership, and your life.
Stop calculating the cost of coaching. Calculate the cost of allowing the same pattern to remain operational for another five years.
Application required. Admission not guaranteed.
I want to know who you've had to become to do it.
You already know how to achieve. The question is whether the person you've become to achieve it is capable of carrying where you're going next.
This application helps us understand your current challenges, behavioral patterns, previous attempts at change, and goals for working together. Please answer candidly and specifically. All questions are required.
Lost capital. Missed investments. Stalled growth. It traces back to one place: how your senior leaders communicate, decide, and hold under pressure.
We rebuild that in the field, under load, with accountability that follows them back into the building.
Two retreats per year minimum. Organizational fit required.
In management wages potentially squandered every year by a typical Fortune 500 company on ineffective decision making. Roughly 530,000 days of managers' time.
Source: McKinsey Quarterly, 2019In lost global productivity from employee disengagement in 2024, about 9% of world economic output. Gallup says the recent decline is largely driven by falling manager engagement.
Source: Gallup, State Of The Global Workplace, 2026Every day a call sits in committee is a day a competitor spends executing. Capital waits. Opportunity expires.
The window closes while leadership debates. Hesitation at the top is paid for in deals not done and ground not taken.
Strong in a good quarter. Reactive when pressure arrives. Their worst moments set the ceiling for the whole organization.
One executive holding every approval. A department idle behind them. Payroll running the entire time.
High performers rarely leave companies. They leave leaders. The replacement cost lands on your P and L.
Revenue plateaus where leadership capacity ends. The market did not cap you. Your command structure did.
Power does not remove human failure patterns. It multiplies them.
Ian works at the level of the neural circuitry that drives how senior operators communicate, decide, and perform under load. Not motivation. Not a seminar. Retraining the C suite and high level operators so the whole command structure runs at maximum efficiency.
Faster, cleaner exchange between executives. Disagreement without defensiveness. Orders and intent that land the first time.
A shorter distance between information and action. Less committee. More command.
Stress response retrained so judgment holds when stakes spike and fatigue sets in.
Commitments closed, not carried. Correction received without ego.
Authority released at the speed the company grows. No single point of approval.
Rapid return to full cognitive command after a loss, a hit, or a bad quarter.
Built on Human Operating Systems, one complete system combining neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, and theology with therapeutic modalities, and applied through the ARISE Method. This is performance coaching, not therapy.
One group call with Ian every month, included. The full leadership group, live problems, worked against the system in real time. Nothing goes cold between retreats.
Two to three retreats a year. Executives leave the building and train under real pressure, with former special operations instruction and an ex combat specialist addressing the group.
The actual company, running in real time. Everything exposed in the field is carried back into real meetings, real deadlines, and real decisions, then observed and recalibrated.
The field exposes. The monthly call holds the line. The year hardens the unit.
Leadership leaves the building. Operators train alongside a former special operations instructor, hear from an ex combat specialist who has led under real fire, and work physical demand built to expose how each leader actually performs when it gets hard. Then they debrief like a team that intends to win.
Two retreats per year is the minimum. Three is the full program.
A leader who held composure at mile ten does not lose it in a budget meeting.
What leaders tolerate in themselves under pressure is exactly what they will tolerate in the building.
Recovery speed in the ring predicts recovery speed after a bad quarter.
Executives who have bled and failed next to each other stop performing politeness.
Rejection tolerance built under a heavy bag transfers directly to a hard call.
This is not a corporate retreat. It is field training with a business objective, professionally supervised, with every lesson carried straight back into the company. All physical work is screened and scaled to the individual.

Subject to increase based on the number of executives.
Final investment is determined by leadership population, retreat design, access requirements, and complexity.
Travel, accommodations, venues, specialized facilities, and external professionals may be separately scoped.
Organizational fit required.
So is a stalled quarter.
What does one delayed acquisition cost?
A quarter of executive indecision?
The top performer who left because of one leader?
An entire department waiting on one person's approval?
One executive whose reactions destabilize twenty people?
Do not ask whether this costs too much. Ask what your leadership is costing you right now.
Your technology has redundancy. Your capital has controls. Your leaders have been left to chance.
Harden the people who carry all of it.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern every use of the website at evolutionarymindsetacademy.com and every program, service, call, retreat, event, and product offered by Evolutionary Mindset, operated by Ian Taylor (together, "Coach," "Company," "we," or "us"). They apply to every person or organization that applies for, purchases, or participates in our services ("Client," "you," or "your"), including the Private Performance Advisory, the War Room, speaking engagements, REV15, and any other offering.
By submitting an application, signing an agreement, making a payment, joining a call or retreat, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not apply and do not use our services. Where you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement and these Terms work together. If they conflict, the signed agreement controls for the matter it covers.
This is high level performance coaching for people who are serious about changing how they think, decide, and lead.
Our services are coaching, advisory, training, and education services. They are designed to help capable people and leadership teams build awareness, sharpen decision making, strengthen communication, develop performance under pressure, and take responsibility for results. Depending on the program, this includes executive coaching, performance coaching, leadership development, life coaching, mindset and habit work, accountability, live training, field based retreats, and speaking.
Our methodology, including Human Operating Systems and the ARISE Method, draws on concepts from neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, theology, and therapeutic modalities. These concepts are used in an educational and coaching context to help you understand yourself and perform at a higher level. Using these concepts does not make our services therapy, medicine, or any licensed professional service.
Coaching is a partnership. Coach brings structure, challenge, experience, and honesty. You bring effort, truth, and action. Results come from what you do between sessions, not from the sessions alone.
We are not your therapist, your doctor, your lawyer, or your financial advisor. We will never pretend to be.
If at any point you believe you need therapy, psychiatric care, or medical attention, it is your responsibility to seek it. Coach may recommend that you do so, and may pause or end the coaching relationship if that is in your best interest or ours. If you are in crisis or in danger of harming yourself or anyone else, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In the United States you can also call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, at any time.
Here is what you are getting, what you are not, and how we work together.
The specific scope, format, frequency, and deliverables of your engagement are described on the program page you applied through and in any agreement you sign. Coach determines the methods, tools, language, and approach used in sessions and retreats, and may adjust them at any time based on what the work requires. Coaching is direct. Coach will challenge you, name what he sees, and hold you to your word. By participating you accept that this style may be uncomfortable at times, and that discomfort is part of change.
Coach is available during scheduled sessions and the communication channels stated in your program. Coach is not on call, does not provide round the clock access, and does not promise a response time outside what your program states. Services are provided on a best efforts basis, and Coach's time, attention, and availability remain subject to his schedule, travel, health, and professional commitments.
Not everyone is accepted. That is by design.
Our premium programs are application only. Submitting an application does not create a coaching relationship, an obligation to accept you, or an obligation to explain a decision. We may accept, decline, pause, or end any application or engagement at our sole discretion, including for lack of fit, lack of readiness, lack of availability, or conduct that does not meet our standards.
You represent that you are at least eighteen years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and that all information you provide to us, including your income, role, company, and goals, is true, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination without refund. Our services are not intended for anyone under eighteen.
One on one work with Ian. Paid monthly, on the first, in advance. Ninety days to start, then a six month commitment.
Executive team engagements. Priced per retreat. Contracted in full and paid up front.
If payment stops, the work stops.
If a payment is late, declined, reversed, or disputed, Company may, without notice, pause all services, cancel scheduled sessions, remove access to materials and communities, and withhold retreat participation until the account is current. Missed sessions during a suspension for nonpayment are forfeited and are not rescheduled. Any payment received after its due date incurs a late charge of ten percent (10%) of the overdue amount, applied once for each late payment, or the maximum amount permitted by law if lower. Late charges are a reasonable estimate of our administrative costs and lost scheduling, not a penalty. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were provided or available to you. Doing so is a breach of these Terms, and you authorize Company to submit this agreement and records of your participation as evidence in response.
You are making a commitment. If you leave early, you still honor it.
We sell time, attention, and expertise that cannot be taken back. That is why all sales are final.
Show up on time. Be ready. Your time is valuable and so is Ian's.
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule a session, you must give at least twenty four (24) hours notice, unless a genuine, serious emergency prevents it. Whether a circumstance qualifies as a genuine emergency is decided by Coach alone. If you reschedule with less than twenty four hours notice without a qualifying emergency, or you do not appear, that session for the month is forfeited. It is not made up, credited, refunded, or carried over. Late arrival does not extend the session. Unused sessions do not roll over from one month to the next and have no cash value.
Retreat attendance is required for those named in your agreement. Absences from a retreat, for any reason, do not entitle you to a refund or credit. Company may offer a make up at its sole discretion. Company may reschedule or relocate a session or retreat for safety, weather, illness, venue issues, or other reasons beyond its control, in which case it will offer reasonable alternative dates, and neither party is liable for the change.
Total level members may be connected to specialists. Those specialists are independent professionals, not Ian.
Certain programs, including the Total level of the Private Performance Advisory, may include access to, introductions to, or coordination with physicians, specialists, advisors, wellness programs, regenerative health programs, workout programming, and weight loss programs. These services are subject to eligibility, availability, and the independent professional judgment of the provider.
You are an adult. You choose to be here. You are responsible for what you do with this work.
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in all coaching, training, retreats, events, and programs is completely voluntary and is an exercise of your own free will and judgment. You alone are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results, both during and after coaching, and for how you apply, or fail to apply, anything you learn.
You understand that coaching, personal development, and high intensity leadership training involve emotional, psychological, physical, social, financial, and professional risk. Deep self examination can bring up difficult memories, strong emotions, and uncomfortable truths. Change can affect your relationships, your career, your finances, and your sense of identity. Retreats and field training may include demanding physical activity, stress exercises, outdoor conditions, travel, and instruction by former military or tactical professionals, and may involve a risk of injury, illness, exhaustion, property damage, and, in rare cases, serious harm or death. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all of these risks, including risks that are unknown, unforeseen, or caused by the ordinary negligence of Company.
You represent that you are physically and mentally able to participate, that you have no condition that would make participation unsafe, or that you have obtained your physician's clearance. You agree to stop any activity if you feel unsafe and to tell the staff immediately. You agree to follow all instructions and safety rules. You are responsible for deciding your own limits.
Field training is real training. You are responsible for your own readiness, and we will act fast if something goes wrong.
Our work draws on philosophy and theology. You do not have to share our beliefs, and we will not coerce you.
Our methodology may draw on philosophical and theological ideas, and Coach is a pastor and minister in his separate ministry work. Participation in coaching does not require any religious belief, and Company does not provide pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, or religious advice as part of its coaching services unless separately agreed in writing. You may decline any concept, exercise, or discussion that conflicts with your own beliefs. Company does not discriminate on the basis of religion or any protected status.
Ian is not responsible for what you decide to do, or for what happens outside the coaching.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, successors, assigns, and (for an organization) its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and participants, fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Company, Ian Taylor, and their affiliates, owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, guest instructors, speakers, trainers, facilitators, venues, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and causes of action of any kind, known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in or use of the services, including but not limited to:
This release does not apply to harm caused by the gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud of a Released Party, or to any right that cannot lawfully be waived. You confirm that you have read this release, understand it, and are signing it voluntarily. Where an organization is the Client, the organization agrees to obtain a signed participant release from each of its participants if Company requests one, and agrees to be responsible for any claim by its participants.
If your actions cause a claim against us, you cover it.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to: your participation in the services; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or the rights of any person; your decisions and actions taken in connection with coaching; any claim made by your employees, participants, family members, or associates; and any false information you provide.
There is a ceiling on what we can ever owe you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, income, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, or anticipated savings, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for all claims arising out of or related to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount of fees you actually paid to Company in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
We promise effort, honesty, and a proven framework. We do not promise outcomes.
